Given the fact that the Jackson County Genealogical Society
operates with limited funds each year, the following policies have been established:
- All book deposits and book sales are final and not refundable.
- Damaged or misprinted books will be exchanged or refunded at the discretion of the Jackson County Genealogical Society staff.
- JCGS staff will notify customers with updates on their order and contact them when their order is ready to be picked up or shipped.
